Upgrades to our Job Management System and File Transfer Protocol

To enhance the security across our Job Management System (JMS) and File Transfer Protocol (FTP) environment, we have undertaken a recent upgrade.

Job Management System

As part of our continuous quality and security improvements we have now implemented Two Factor Authentication for JMS and have amended our Policy to mandate a more complex password is always used.

With our online JMS, clients can input instructions and their deadline when they log a job. They can also view their jobs on the home page and use filters to search and view jobs. A colour code system shows the status, displaying when Law In Order accepts a newly logged job, when it is being checked and when it has been delivered. If clients prefer to email jobs, our team will log the job into JMS.

We understand how important it is to clients to know what stage their job is up to and to have control over the process. JMS allows clients to track their jobs in real time and review the job history.

File Transfer Protocol

Our FTP system incorporates the requirement to use secure, password-protected links which align to our complexity requirements. This process is faster and more efficient, making geographical distance irrelevant by negating the need for physical assets, such as USB devices, to be collected and delivered.
