Kathryn van Gelder has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years. Initially Kathryn trained and worked as a lawyer in London. Since her move to Sydney in 2012 she has been working in the legal technology industry at top tier law firms and at Law In Order since 2022.
 
Kathryn knows what matters to legal teams and works closely with them to achieve results. She has managed class actions, notices to regulators and supported teams in communicating with their electronic trial provider. Her work has covered all aspects of the litigation cycle - from document collection through to discovery, running review teams with paralegals and lawyers, preparation of evidence, witness statements chronologies and trial.
 
Kathryn has strong project management skills, is proficient in analytics in a range of e-discovery review platforms, including Relativity and Nuix Discover, and has EDT and Everlaw experience.
