Henning is an eDiscovery and Evidence Management expert with over 17 years of experience who has advised on a wide range of large scale and complex litigations and arbitrations with clients located across Australia, USA, Europe, and Asia.  

He has worked closely with clients responding to various regulatory inquiries and federal investigations, including multi-jurisdictional investigations into potential violations of anti-corruption laws involving regulators and enforcement agencies in Australia (AFP) and the US (the SEC and DOJ).  

Henning specialises in developing strategic and bespoke eDiscovery solutions, review workflows and evidence management processes. His aim is to deliver high value, fast, cost efficient and defensible results for clients, utilising the latest AI, analytics and technology assisted review technologies, as well as Law In Order’s in-house developed applications.  

Before joining Law In Order, he spent over 13 years working with a global law firm. He co-led one of the largest in-house Litigation Support and eDiscovery team in the APAC region. Before moving into the eDiscovery space, Henning was a qualified lawyer in Germany, practicing as a Litigation and Employment lawyer for top tier global law firms.
