A team nomination consisting of Law In Order, Relativity and the National Justice Project for their work on a number of related cases focused on whether or not the Australian government owes a duty of care to people who are detained in offshore processing centres—specifically regarding standards of medical care for refugees and asylum seekers detained on Nauru.

You can read more about this in our blog here.

Our eHearings team were nominated for succeeding in creating effective change on access for people with all types of disabilities, witness evidence in hearings, as well as providing access to give evidence and/or examination in hearings.

We wish both teams the best of luck.
