Speech to Text: Our advanced Audio to Text service converts audio files into accurate, actionable text without missing any words. This function helps clients to transcribe phone calls, hearings, meetings, conferences, and customer interactions, ensuring complete documentation and accessibility. At Law In Order, we have processed almost 16,000 hours of audio/video recordings with this functionality. Normally, each hour would take a day to transcribe. With this innovation, we can transcribe 450 hours of recordings in a day and scale up as needed. There is no limit. Our Speech to Text is currently supporting 143 different languages and their local variations.  

OCR: Our new vision technology lets clients turn printed or handwritten documents into editable and searchable data with high accuracy. This function has improved workflows, reduced manual data entry mistakes, and made historical data on paper accessible. We have used this innovation in many projects where we have old hard copy files that are hard to read and transcribe. Our new technology not only extracted text to search but also achieved 98%-character recognition accuracy. This resulted in a 70% cut in document processing time and 30% drop in operational costs.  

Image Tagging: SmartAAI’s Image Tagging feature can analyse and comprehend visual content, making it simpler for clients to sort and access images based on what they show, improving user experience and operational efficiency. We have used this new feature in a recent construction matter to review a large number of images/photos to identify and filter the content. This has helped our client save 80% of the costs and finish the work product in less than 3 days, which would normally take over a month to process the huge number of images.  

PII/PHI Extraction: In an era where data privacy is paramount, our PII/PHI extraction function offers peace of mind by accurately identifying and redacting sensitive information, ensuring compliance with global data protection regulations. At Law In Order, Privacy and Security is number one priority. We have used on numerous occasions to go through the data and filter the documents with PII/PHI before producing the data to other relevant parties.  

Translation: Breaking language barriers, SmartAAI’s Translation service empowers clients to communicate and operate globally, offering real-time, accurate translation across multiple languages, fostering inclusivity and expanding market reach. We have used this functionality on number of cross border matters that requires translation of documents to review and make decisions. We have recently translated 15,000 documents in less a day which would take few months for a single human translator.
