Online Hearing & Tribunal Books

Online Hearing & Tribunal Books

What are Online Hearing & Tribunal Books?

The Online Hearing Book replaces the traditional hardcopy Court Book. It is a ubiquitous document repository hosted in the cloud, containing all electronic evidence and hearing-related documents such as daily transcripts and legislation.

It’s not all about the facts. How well you present the facts matters.

Leave behind the heavy load of paper hearings. We bring the very latest in intuitive technology to the table.

Alongside the Online Hearing Book is the Client Workspace, which is a private, secure and collaborative workspace provided to each party. It is also available to store documents that are related to hearings but not part of the Online Hearing Book.

Search and reporting features are available in both the Online Hearing Book and Client Workspace. Documents can be marked-up and redacted with custom metadata for each document.

As these are shared workspaces, the content is always up-to-date for all users.
