Law In Order is delighted to invite you to a discussion on Big Data in the Public Sector and how to tackle the challenges associated with big data review.
Wednesday 8 November 2017
5pm for a 5:15 pm start
Queensland Law Society, Level 2, 179 Ann Street, Brisbane
Law In Order has supported legal, risk and regulatory business units within both State and Federal Government Departments for over 20 years. Over time, the nature of the support we provide each department has expanded from the traditional 24 hour print and copy solutions to include more technology driven support services. This evolution of service is tied directly to the explosion of the concept of “Big Data”, which renders the traditional methods of legal, risk and regulatory review inefficient, ineffective and, in some circumstances, completely unfeasible.
As the concept of “Big Data” is only set to become an even larger challenge for the public sector in the coming months and years, we invite you, and your colleagues, to attend our next CPD Presentation, entitled ‘Big Data in the Public Sector: How to tackle challenges associated with Big Data review. The sessions aims to inform you of various techniques, approaches and workflows that can assist in managing your daily tasks as they are disrupted by the rise of “Big Data”. Below is a brief overview of the content that will be covered during the session. This session will be of value to those in the legal, regulatory, RTI/FOI and IT branches.
Join us for drinks, canapes and networking opportunities.
