The Honourable Justice Martin AM of the Supreme Court of Queensland will chair a highly experienced panel, including:
• Thomas Bradley QC, Barrister, North Quarter Lane Chambers;
• Wiebke Herrmann, Partner, James Conomos Lawyers;
• Madonna Shelley, eTrials Registrar, Supreme Court of Queensland; and
• Elizabeth Miller, Head of eTrials, Law In Order.
The panel will provide a diverse range of perspectives on issues such as:
• when is an eTrial appropriate;
• some practical tips on the implementation of eTrials;
• the pitfalls of eTrials; and
• the future and development of eTrials.
The seminar will also provide attendees with an excellent opportunity to network with solicitors, barristers, and members of the judiciary over drinks and canapés following the seminar.
