We touch on many topics including collection and processing of data to maintain document authenticity, compliance with an electronic exchange protocol, e-discovery platforms and software, and emerging technologies.
Mitchell will walk you through methods to increase efficiency and cut costs using various electronic approaches. He will also explain some of the jargon used by service providers and address some questions which are often asked in relation to managing electronic evidence. |

Mitchell has more than 5 years of litigation support experience in a number of jurisdictions. After completing his law degree, Mitchell practiced with a specialist insurance litigation firm in Auckland before relocating to the UK to practice in the area of financial litigation. He is admitted as a solicitor in New South Wales, New Zealand and the UK. Mitchell has worked with a range of e-discovery platforms and currently focuses on assisting clients with matters in Relativity. |
