Elizabeth Miller to present on The Art of the eTrial
Elizabeth Miller, Head of eCourts at Law In Order, will be presenting along with Russell Trott, Deputy District Registrar of the Federal Court of Australia on “The Art of the eTrial” at the Law Society of Western Australia on Monday 27 February 2017.
The CPD session will be chaired by Dr Pat Saraceni, Director, Litigation and Dispute Resolution from Clifford Chance.
This seminar focuses on the recent changes in the Federal Court Practice Notes, eCourtroom, the electronic court file and other technological enhancements, evidence management and presentation and how these changes are likely to impact lawyers.
