On 15 June 2015 Elizabeth Miller, Head of eCourts, presented to the Delegation from Courts of Thailand at the UNSW Law School. Elizabeth provided an engaging session with live feeds from the Trade Union Royal Commission to demonstrate the webcasting of court processes and real time transcript.

The Thai Judges were visiting Australia to examine complex litigation, class actions, civil procedure and case management. These judges included those who established a class action regime in Thailand’s Supreme Court. Elizabeth’s presentation prepared the Judges for the time spent with the Federal Court where Chief Justice Allsop, Registrar Warwick Soden, and key members of the Registry staff spent a day discussing common issues both countries are facing in the court system.

Thank you to UNSW for having Elizabeth Miller at your event.
