Murali Baddula has re-joined Law In Order as the Innovation Lead and has created the Law In Order Innovation Labs with a group of enthusiastic, out-of-the-box thinking, innovation, consulting and development teams.

Through this role, Murali will collaborate with both inhouse teams and external clients to design and implement workflows and new tools to achieve winning outcomes. Murali is charged with capturing and driving Innovation at Law In Order and the organisation’s focus on the future.

In this rapidly changing world, we must keep evolving to stay a step ahead. Ideas naturally evolve within the business and from our clients. We seek out ways to do things differently and embrace growth and improvement. We then create tools and processes that bring our thinking to life, using emerging technology to solve real-world problems. Innovation isn’t new to Law In Order. We have developed a lot of custom solutions for our clients. Now we are formalising the process of innovation capture, evaluation, and execution. We are expanding our solutions to all of our markets and exploring the expansion of our brand in our core markets. I am a problem solver and forward thinker. I enjoy the feeling whenever I make things easy,” Murali said.

Prior to this role, Murali worked as Vice President of eDiscovery and Head of eDiscovery assisting legal departments by offering technical solutions and workflows. He has over 18 years’ experience in the areas of Litigation support, eDiscovery, Consulting, Project management, forensic investigations and software development. Murali understands the complexities of unstructured data and offers solutions to make electronically stored information available for search, retrieval and review in a legally defensible manner. Prior to joining Law In Order, he worked as Head of Analytics in one of Australia’s leading legal technology firms.
