COURT COPYING

To help us provide service to all of our clients, we request the following information:

	Correct court file number and court location.
	List all parties involved and state party you represent.
	Access dates.
	Documents to be copied.
	Time and date required.
	Any photocopying special instructions, e.g. tagged pages only.
	For Supreme Court copying, please complete Practice Note SC GEN 3 application and fax to our office.
	For District Court copying, please complete Practice Note 64 application and fax to our office.
	If we still have any difficulties in obtaining documents, we will call you promptly or send a memo stating the circumstances.
